RCCG Living Seed Church Toronto (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share: phone number, location, the topic of your message, a serving team you are interested in, and your message.
When you join our updates list we receive your email address. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
How we use it
To reply to you, to help you plan a visit, to pray with you when you ask us to, to connect you with a serving team, to answer giving enquiries, and to send updates you signed up for.
Prayer requests and pastoral messages are read only by the people who need to respond to them and are treated with care and confidentiality.
How we store and protect it
Messages are delivered to the church’s email accounts, hosted by Zoho Mail. Access is limited to church leaders and the volunteers responsible for responding. We keep messages only as long as we need them to care for you, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have shared with us, or unsubscribe from updates at any time, by emailing info@rccglsctoronto.ca or replying to any email we send you.
